Qingdao Lolin Mech Inc. specializes in manufacturing cast and forged products. Our engineers in the research and development department have 15 years of experience in machining, sand casting, investment casting and forging.
Cooperating with customers from the USA, Canada, South America, Japan and European countries for more than 15 years, our sales personnel provide clients with excellent service. Meanwhile, our QC employees have more than 10 years of professional experience to assure customers of high quality products.
The main products we supply are welded chains and accessories, wire rope fittings, and cast and forged OEM parts.
Welded chains include grade 30, grade 43, grade 70 and grade 80 complying with the ASTM, NACM, DIN, and JIS standard. Accessories include full grades of hooks, links, forged rings, swivels, and load binders in accordance with the grade 43 and grade 70 binder chains.
We can supply wire rope clips, thimbles, various types of sockets, shackles, turnbuckles, eyebolts, buckles, and choker hooks; in compliance with the ASTM, NACM, JIS, and DIN standards with special designs available. These products are made of carbon steel and alloy steel through drop forging, casting and stamping.
Our forged OEM parts are produced complying with the ISO 9002/TS 16949 standards by hydraulic stamping, mechanical stamping, vertical upsetting and horizontal upsetting. These parts are CNC machined ranging from 0.05 kilo grams to 200 kilo grams. Made of carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel and brass, these products are widely used in automobiles, agriculture machinery, vessels and heavy duty vehicles.
OEM castings include grey cast iron up to 4,000 kilo grams per piece, malleable iron up to 4,000 kilo grams per piece, and investment casts up to 70 kilo grams per piece. We are equipped with various types of molding machines, induction furnaces, spectrometers, and CNC machines.
